I was disappointed because they were made in ChinaI love the way they look and fitColor, style are good!Chic design, but kind of uncomfortable, since it is fabric and not leather, they aren’t particularly softcomfortableConfort and practicalThe style does stand out from all the other low heeled flats that I have. Initially the back of the flat dug into my Achilles a bit but after a day, I guess the fabric back there stretch or got more softer. Small gripe and comes with the territory ladies. This did come with some heel pads and with it being machine washable, it's done okay I guess in the wash. I don't think you can wash them weekly, but with them being breathable, should help. I'm going to take it as it is and wash them more frequently and if they start to fall apart, I'll update here.I was excited about getting these as I always look for black and white shoes and have yet to find a pair that I really love. I have the rothy's shoes and am disappointed in myself that I spent so much on what is really just a plastic shoe made in china. I have other copies of that flat and like them just as much. These however are not my favorite.The shoe itself is a little big on on me, both slightly wide and slightly long. I have that trouble with inexpensive shoes. I am not a narrow width. I could still probably wear them, maybe with one of those behind-your-heel pad things to keep them from falling off, but I am just not crazy about them. I don't like when it is recommended to go up or down in sizes. I know what size I should wear, if they shoes are off, then I tend to not buy it. It always makes me think that if the manufacturer can't follow a standard with sizing, what else have they messed up? The vamp part is also very big. It goes far up your foot on top. It just makes them look weird, like too much shoe. I mean, I guess style is subjective, but most pumps are a little more cut out on top. For oxfords or loafers or something, I get it. But it doesn't look like they tried to style them in a unique way, it looks more like they used the classic styling, but just got it wrong.The heel is covered with a shiny paint-like coating. I wish it were more of just a matte, stacked heel as the shoes aren't shiny, so it adds to the overall odd/inexpensive look. I did still give it 4 stars as they don't have obvious flaws or anything, and someone else may like the styling. I did take one though for the slightly too big sizing.
