Love them! Super comfortable and prettyThe buckle was outrageously cheap and poorly made. And the companies answer to complaints about it was to include a card that says "The buckle is not defective, follow thee steps to fasten" and shows step one step two without any clear indication how it's done. When you go to adjust it, the entire buckle piece comes off, then they have a c clamp type piece to jerri-rig it! Why not just fix the cheap buckle? Therefore, I do not endorse these shoes.They also put a plastic tag through shoe opening that says "if removed no returns or exchanges" but it will hurt your foot if you try it on with it. Poor, poor construction of a shoe.Love the shoe, so cute. The size fit right, except the front stripe is way too big that my feet slight to the front and make the shoes seems too big. Not sure the comfort level, as I've not worn them out yet. I usually wear a 9.5 but since they didn't have that size nor a 10, i decided to test the waters and try the 9. They are a bit close for my liking, but i can get away with wearing them, which tells my a 9.5 would have been perfect..Didn't like that it took 8days when it was on its way
